As the Texas summer days are upon us, we want you to know we are following the guidelines and safety precautions outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
In Texas this time of year air conditioning is essential! We are here to help you stay cool. Our office staff and technicians are standing by to help with any air conditioning and cooling needs you may have, just give us a call at 972-278-3500.
5. Our techs wear a mask anytime they are around the customer. Our techs may choose not to wear a mask when working in attics or outside due to the heat.
6. We practice social distancing, as best we can, to maintain 6 feet of distancing when in the home.
7. We clean our work area after the work is done.
8. We are going to touchless approval of the work we do.
9. We have touchless and remote payment options for customers.
10. We have implemented even more stringent procedures for our techs entering a home where we know someone has COVID-19 or symptoms thereof.
