I’ve been using Garland Heating & Air for the past six years and they still never fail to amaze me. Late last night, my AC was making so much noise I had to turn it entirely off as to not wake the neighbors. I called GH&A at 8 am and had Weston at my door before 9. My fan was replaced within the hour and he even went the extra mile to clean off the inside of my unit to help with air flow. As always, he was knowledgeable, professional and I was up and running in no time. There are simply not enough stars to rate this company as highly as I would like. If you, or anyone you know, is in need of heating and air help, these pros are most certainly the ones to call!

I’ve been using Garland Heating and Air for over 20 years now. Their prices are good and their service is even better. I purchase their annual maintenance program which gives my system a summer and winter checkup, plus a percentage off any service required. The technicians point out things I can do to keep my system functioning well. I appreciate the genuine care for the health of my system rather than keeping that information to themselves increasing the chance of my system failing (and hence needing repair.) I completely trust Garland Heating and Air.

Excellent experience! Called them on Sunday at 1:45, Jon Brown was out here by 2:30, diagnosed, repaired, and thoroughly cleaned the outside unit all by 3:30. Communication from the first call to the follow up after he left is great! Jon was super friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I will certainly use Garland Heating & Air for any future needs!
